This study aims to determine the anatomical structure and histochemical test of terpenoid phenol compounds in two varieties green betel plants (Piper betle). Making leaves preparations using fresh method, testing with 5% copper acetate, ferric trichloride 10% some grains sodium carbonate. The observations leaf 1 2 have similarities consisting upper epidermis, hypodermis, palisade parenchyma, parenchymal sponges, vascular bundles (xylem phloem), sclerenchyma, cholenchyma, lower secretory cells, trichoma, stoma calcium oxalate crystals, look more trichomes. variety stem are arranged from outside direction epidermal tissue, colenchymal cortical bundles, cortex, medullary peripheral files, pith, central part is a gland. Phenol vine positive secretion cell which spread tissue mother's bone lamina, whereas around cortex pith parenchyma. Positive cells contain not as much containing terpenoids.
